We use Himalayan Crystal Salt™, we are referring to only one specific crystal salt, “The Original®”, coming from one specific location in Pakistan and has been the subject of comprehensive medical research as featured in the book Water & Salt - The Essence of Life, by Dr. Barbara Hendel, MD and Peter Ferreira. At Aroma Thyme we source most of our seafood from clean sustainable fisheries.  We take into account the population; catch methods, water quality and contaminants in the seafood.  Certain species get tested even further by Seafood Safe© for the mercury, PCB’s, Dioxins and other harmful elements.

MEAT Entrees
We proudly serve Hudson Valley Cattle Co beef from just up the road in Stone Ridge NY. These cattle never ever receive hormones, antibiotics or vaccinations.  Our poultry are vegetarian fed, humanely raised and have never been given hormones and/or antibiotics.  Sourcing clean and green ingredients is our top priority.  In addition our Chicken is chlorine free and our beef is ammonia free.
